This pasta has it all and it is seriously delicious. I love putting together lots of flavors and textures to make a dish have lots of layers to it.

The sauce for this dish uses nutritional yeast but you could also just use a couple extra tablespoons parmesan in it if you don’t have any yeast on hand.

I love using Banza chickpea pasta because of it’s extra boost of protein, fiber, iron, and B vitamins, but you can use whatever pasta suits you and add in extra protein if you’d like!

This dish truly is one of my favorites and one I know you’ll love too.
