A go-to quick and simple but still delicious meal is always good to have in your back pocket.
This is one of mine. It’ll get even non tuna eaters eating tuna. I love the combination of textures and the greek yogurt tangy dressing pulls everything together really well. It’s wonderful alone, on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich or pulled together in a pita.
You can’t beat all the deliciousness of this in under 15 minutes.
If dairy does not sit well with you, omit the greek yogurt all together or find a non dairy alternative! I just love that it adds a little extra protein, tang, and creaminess from well sourced yogurt.
You can find great tuna at your local grocery store, you just have to look through the cans a bit. Look for ones that say sustainably pole and line caught. I got mine at my local Kroger in Ohio, but I know for sure places like Whole Foods will have great options as well. Enjoy!
